What is TNPSC?

The full form of TNPSC is Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission. It is a government agency responsible for conducting various recruitment examinations to select candidates for civil services and other government jobs in the state of Tamil Nadu.

Where to apply?

To apply for TNPSC exams, follow these simple steps:

Step 1: Visit the Official Website

Go to the official website of the Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission (TNPSC). The official website is usually “www.tnpsc.gov.in” or “www.tnpscexams.in”. Make sure to check the latest notifications and updates on the website.

Step 2: Register an Account using TNPSC one time Registration

If you are a new user, you need to register on the TNPSC website. Look for the “One-Time Registration” link and click on it. Fill in the required details like name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number to create an account.

Step 3: Validate Email and Mobile Number

Once you submit the registration form, you will receive an email and/or SMS containing a validation link or code. Click on the link or enter the code to validate your email address and mobile number.

Step 4: Login to Your Account

After successful validation, go back to the TNPSC website and log in using the credentials you just created (user ID and password).

Step 5: Fill in Application Form

Once you are logged in, find the relevant exam notification you want to apply for. Click on the link to access the application form. Fill in all the required information, including personal details, educational qualifications, and other necessary information.

Step 6: Upload Documents and Photo

Scan and upload the required documents, such as your photograph, signature, and any other documents specified in the application form.

Step 7: Pay Application Fee

After completing the form and uploading documents, you will need to pay the application fee. The fee amount varies depending on the exam and category you belong to. You can pay the fee online using various payment options like credit card, debit card, net banking, etc.

Step 8: Submit Application

Applicants should have a degree from any of the Universities incorporated by an Act of the Central or State Legislature in India or any other Educational institution established by an Act of Parliament or declared to be deemed as a University under Section 3 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956.
